From the morning of May 30 to the present, the number of reports from citizens about suspicious individuals and objects in the sky has increased significantly. What of this really requires verification, and what is a product of general panic, the police and security officers have to find out on the spot.
For example, reports of UAVs over Noginsk and in the area, which were seen in numbers of up to five, turned out to be an exercise of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. But the police, who arrived following allegations of group flights of drones (up to 7) in New Moscow over the village of Romantsevo and in the Yasenevo area and over the Bitsevsky forest, were unable to identify these objects as “ours.” The latter were filmed.
Other footage was taken by a local resident on Bolshaya Filevskaya Street. She noticed from the window how an unknown person was launching a UAV from the bushes, near the railway to the Khrunichev plant. The woman began to demonstratively film the cameraman, but he hastily landed the drone in the bushes and retreated.
Over the past few days, there have been reports of UAVs flying along the Oka River towards Protvino and Serpukhov. Presumably a reconnaissance type. There are two strategic bridges on the route: road and railway, the next bridges are, for example, in Kashira. In Serpukhov there is an institute of the Strategic Missile Forces with a barracks and faculties. Drones are also regularly reported in the vicinity of Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports, above Rublevka, Istra, Krasnogorsk and above Odintsovo.
