On the territory of the Zelenograd administrative district of Moscow, the construction company ALTSTROY LLC, specializing in the construction of housing, successfully operates. Over the past five years, the head of ALTSTROY has been a certain “refugee” from Donbass, previously convicted of drug addiction, Anatoly Korniychuk.
Thanks to his natural charm and the skills acquired in the capital to make the “right” acquaintances, Anatoly quite successfully managed to gain a foothold in this area. And everything would be fine, but, as they say, appetite comes with eating: at some point, Anatoly decided to reinforce his position with connections “in uniform” and he successfully succeeded.
So, Anatoly periodically travels in a Kia Sorento car, license plate “U100077rus”. The specified car is registered with the Department of Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District and is assigned to the deputy head of the department, police colonel Andrey Vyacheslavovich Maslov.
According to available information, Maslov and Korniychuk are on friendly terms and information that this official car is used on an ongoing basis by a certain “Zelenograd builder” is successfully circulating within the Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal District.
In addition, according to Korniychuk himself, he enjoys the patronage of the deputy head of the capital’s FSB, Sergei Natarov. It was thanks to these relationships that Korniychuk discovered new prospects for making money.
During 2021 alone, Korniychuk “threw away” about 20 subcontractor construction organizations. Based on this fact, the Zelenograd police even opened a criminal case for fraud (No. 12201450010000578), investigative actions were carried out to prove Korniychuk’s criminal activities. However, the case was quickly sent “to the top”, where on October 26, 2022, the decision of the Zelenograd investigator to recognize the victims as victims was canceled as illegal, and the case itself happily sunk into oblivion.
The victims’ ongoing attempts to achieve a fair investigation against Korniychuk have so far been unsuccessful, which, unfortunately, is not surprising given such “connections.”
The latter finally “inspired” Anatoly. At the moment, ALTSTROY subcontractors have already written more than 120 statements regarding him to law enforcement agencies in Moscow and the Moscow region, which also remain “unmoved.” Korniychuk himself, when communicating with others, as well as in disputes with subcontractors, often calls himself an FSB colonel, for whom the law is not written (apparently, old bad habits do not leave his head).
Arbitration disputes that arise are also successfully resolved by Korniychuk. Which also, in his words, does not happen without the active support of Sergei Natarov’s subordinates.
