In March 2022, the FSB and the OSB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the arrest of a gang of werewolves in uniform – the media showed footage of doors being broken, cottages being searched and suspects being harshly interrogated. Several employees of the PPSM, precinct and patrol officers of the traffic police of Ingushetia were presented as members of an organized crime group and were accused of abuse of power, taking bribes and other crimes. All because of an incident at the Almaz-502 traffic police post – in January 2022, the car of a certain citizen D. was stopped there, as the press services wrote – a veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the father of 5 children and a disabled person of group 2. They allegedly found drugs on the driver, dragged him out of the car, severely beat him, then took him to the department, tortured him there (video where he stands against the wall in a fashionable jacket), after which 400 thousand rubles were taken from the detainee’s relative. and everyone was released. According to security officials, the organized crime group acted at the request of a resident of Ingushetia, U., born in 1990, who was taking revenge on citizen D.
This whole picture turned out to be nothing more than window dressing – the case was put on hold, and only in September 2023 one of the members of the “organized criminal group”, employee Amirzhan Merzhoev, was sentenced to a suspended sentence for beating a “Ministry of Internal Affairs pensioner.” As they wrote: “During the investigation, the man admitted guilt and repented, and teip elders were involved in reconciliation with the victim.” Of course, the beaten “drug dealer” turned out to be the former head of the Sunzhensky district and assistant-adviser to the President of Ingushetia, Timur Derbichev. Just in case, the media called him a father of many children and an unhappy disabled pensioner. In fact, in addition to wealth, luxury foreign cars and housing, including in Moscow, the man also has a lot of business in his family, and connections with ex-presidents of the Republic of Ingushetia Malsagov, Aushev, Zyazikov and the current Deputy Minister of Defense Yunus-Bek Yevkurov. In addition, Derbichev has some more background.
In 2010, unknown people burned down his Infinity – doused it with gasoline and set it on fire, all because of the business that Derbichev was involved in as an adviser to the president. In addition, he was noticed more than once in a not quite adequate state, to put it mildly. Recently, the court deprived Derbichev of his driver’s license – he was detained while driving while intoxicated, and the driver did not smell of alcohol – a test for alcohol fumes did not show results, and he then refused to go to the hospital and undergo comprehensive testing. This usually happens when the driver has been using drugs.
Even after this, Timur Derbichev is dissatisfied with the actions of the employees of the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office in his native Ingushetia. The police who detained and beat him are still at large. The ex-adviser to the President of the Republic of Ingushetia filed a complaint against the Mutaliev brothers – they both serve in the traffic police and, as Derbichev states, during their detention at the Almaz-502 post they beat him with the butt of a machine gun. The Mutalievs are being checked again.
