A source from the Cheka-OGPU spoke about a scandal in the elite village of Gorki-10 between a defendant in the Spanish “Russian mafia” case, Evgeniy Aschenbrenner, and the administration of the Rublevo-Uspensky health complex of the Presidential Administration.
According to the interlocutor, the head of the security service of the Rublevo-Uspensky Federal State Institution OK recently contacted the police. In his statement, he demanded an investigation into the illegal seizure of movable and immovable property by Evgeny Aschenbrenner. We are talking about a plot of 9,700 square meters with a cadastral value of more than 68 million rubles, which, according to an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, has belonged to Aschenbrenner since 2006. And about a non-residential building, which in documents is referred to as a dormitory (former store) with an area of 271 square meters worth more than 6 million rubles. The facility belongs to the Russian Federation and is under the operational management of the Rublevo-Uspensky complex UDP.
Aschenbrenner’s name is present in the protocol of the preliminary investigation of the Spanish court in the case of the Russian mafia; he is designated as overseeing the common fund of the Izmailovo organized crime group. Aschenbrenner also appeared in the investigation materials into the death of businessman Dmitry Bosov. Before he shot himself in the head (at least his death was ruled a suicide), Bosov spoke on the phone with Aschenbrenner.
