First of all, we are talking about a drone raid on the Kolomna Mechanical Engineering Design Bureau, which has already been attacked twice recently. Each time, the services responsible for unmanned aircraft warned the local military unit 20924 about the impending attack, so they were already ready. When drones were spotted in the sky, they opened fire on them from standard Kalashnikov assault rifles. To hit the target, one of the fighters fired a whole horn of cartridges – as a result, the damaged UAV crashed onto the facade of the barrier fence, and the explosion damaged the glass of the administrative building of the design bureau. It is possible that this tactic of repelling drones will be developed even more – it turns out that shooting at drones from machine guns is more effective, in contrast to some types of electronic warfare systems that easily bypass UAVs. Apparently, the number of shooters guarding strategic industrial facilities will increase.
