A source from the Cheka-OGPU said that the decision to cancel the publication of the press release and video of the meeting between the head of the Russian Guard Zolotov and Kadyrov was made based on the results of an assessment of the proposed video fragment for the predicted public reaction. The meeting with Zolotov was filmed on the same day as with Kurenkov. However, a compilation of the “best” moments of the meeting with Zolotov allows even a non-specialist to state Kadyrov’s unimportant condition. Based on the risks of an uncontrolled development of the political crisis in the region, it was decided to follow a different scenario with the publication of a video of a beating in a pre-trial detention center and a subsequent interview (without video) with cashew nuts (which are prohibited for kidney disease). 
According to the source, all decisions regarding the situation with Kadyrov are communicated directly to Delimkhanov, who then issues instructions at the level of the government of the Chechen Republic.
