The building on Rochdelskaya is guarded by FSO officers on a rotational basis (FSO officers come from Tula). This same security guard, assigned to the financier, later appeared in the events at Shies, where he was in charge of those private security companies who dispersed the protesters.
All windows in the Chaika building on Rochdelskaya Street have wiretapping protection sensors. The doors to some rooms are armored, 200 kg each. Artem Chaika’s own office can turn into an isolated bunker with an autonomous system for a day.
The building has a special room with huge shredders with an armored door. In case you need to urgently destroy documents. Somehow, three trunks with documents of owners of land plots in the Moscow region, which became the property of Artem Chaika’s structures, were destroyed.
