A source from the Cheka-OGPU said that in the smoking rooms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation they had already “written off” the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Oleg Baranov. The department only says that Baranov will leave his post in the near future (to avoid something more serious) and will go to atone for his guilt in the territory, which is usually called “new” in the official media. Almost all the heads of districts and construction departments, whom Baranov (his friends) brought in at one time, have recently lost their posts.
