A source from the Cheka-OGPU said that in the capital there is a new head of one of the main departments of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow. UEBiPK was headed by Dmitry Yarochkin, who previously held a similar post in the Moscow region. According to the interlocutor, the appointment was carried out in defiance of the wishes of the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Oleg Baranov. The former head of the Moscow Economic Security and Inspectorate, Anatoly Feshchuk, has been retired.
Yarochkin is a long-time hero of the Cheka-OGPU, since for many years he has been serving as the “pocket” security officer of billionaire Vladimir Bryntsalov. And in terms of their main occupation, they mercilessly “protect” almost the entire Moscow region.
