A source from the Cheka-OGPU said that former lawyer Vadim Lyalin filed a petition to conclude a pre-trial agreement. The issue of concluding a plea deal may already be resolved in the coming week. He is ready to testify against his accomplices in fraud – “fixer” Kirill Kachur and ex-investigator Nesnov. Lyalin also speaks of his readiness to name the employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation who were involved in the incident. However, their names have not been a secret for a long time, but in the case they are still designated as unidentified. And the question of whether the FSB officers will take on real shape in the case materials will also be decided in the coming week.

He sent Merlion security officer Levin and Lyalin’s shareholders, who promised them for 2.26 million euros to organize a change in the preventive measure from detention to house arrest. Nesnov, under Kachur’s control, played along, uttered key phrases and made it clear that he would change the measure of restraint. Employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation also showed this. As a result, they believed Lyalin and gave him the money. Since in reality Lyalin did nothing, this episode was regarded as fraud.
