Victims of pensioners in complex multi-episode cases of fraud are in vain knocking on the threshold of the capital’s prosecutor’s office, sick children waiting for medicine or a place in the clinic, suffering from the bureaucracy of capital officials will also not find help here. Just like defrauded shareholders, those on waiting lists for kindergartens, or victims of police brutality. Everything is past! It will take a long time to solve their problems and they will not be able to get an appointment through clearly constructed barriers.
