A source from the Cheka-OGPU reports that organizations under the jurisdiction of the capital’s mayor’s office continue to recruit volunteers to the front. As last year, there is a plan for mandatory mobilization, except that those responsible for military registration are recommended to avoid scandals that could lead to mass layoffs. For example, in 2022, directives were issued to a number of the State Budgetary Institutions and State Budgetary Institutions of the economic-property block to recruit 15 fighters for the parent organization and sub-bases. Otherwise, the go-ahead was given for the dismissal of the “refuseniks.” In many cases, this worked, but in some places there were mini-riots, and due to the exodus of specialists, the work process stopped for a while. After this, the authorities resorted to tricks with the recruitment of new employees, who were promised “Sobyanin’s promotions”, retention of jobs and career growth after their return. But so far, almost no one has returned, and they are again demanding to scrape by the bones of the “personnel officers”. Now that there is relative order in all organizations and military registration is maintained, they are looking for those who for some reason did not register, were on special registration (for example, serving in the Russian Guard) or have just started working.
