A source from the Cheka-OGPU reports on the urgent problem of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with personnel in the occupied Ukrainian territories. Recently, a meeting was held with the participation of Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, during which he was informed about a shortage of 2/3 of the personnel. The catastrophic situation was not corrected by the forced dispatch of existing employees from the regions – the majority, under various pretexts, returned to their native land and categorically refuse to work in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. At the same time, there is an unspoken ban on recruiting local residents into the service, they say that they are all unreliable citizens. Currently, Zhitnaya is developing “bonuses” to lure applicants to serve in the annexed territories.
Here is the story of a Ministry of Internal Affairs pensioner who tried to get a job in one of the new regions.

“It is impossible to contact the numbers indicated in the advertisements. It was only through friends that I was able to reach the local leadership. All communication takes place via telegram; there are no official emails or telephone numbers there. All conditions are discussed verbally. Not only are the salaries the same as, for example, in Moscow, but there are also no guarantees that you will receive this money on the spot. There have been so many cases where people came to a position with the promised 90 thousand rubles, but received 60 thousand. And besides the salary, there was nothing interesting: no status as a member of the SVO, no additional payments, no “a year and a half.” They only provide an apartment, but that’s a splurge. My friend was offered to take the position of chief of the investigation. Remarque, he had never done this before. And when asked about how many investigators there were, he was told to look for a team himself, but for now he would be alone in the field, but he would be the boss.”
