A source from the Cheka-OGPU reported on a pre-investigation check by the Investigative Committee due to the theft of gifts for employees in the transport police. According to the investigation, senior specialist of the municipal and economic support department of the logistics and economic support department of the administrative, economic and transport support center of the UT of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District, senior lieutenant Grudinka D.Yu. and others stole gifts that were intended to reward personnel of departments at the station. Moscow-Ryazanskaya, Moscow-Paveletskaya, LR Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at Sheremetyevo airport, LR Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the station. The scheme for processing false documentation and transferring material assets as gifts was simple: representatives of transport police units signed invoices for allegedly accepting property, and second copies of documents were transferred to accounting and personnel departments for the formation of orders to encourage personnel. The material assets received as gifts to the employees of the above-mentioned transport police departments were not actually given, and income tax was withheld from wages from supposedly rewarded employees whose gift value exceeded the amount of 4,000 rubles.
