A source from the Cheka-OGPU confirmed that the mitigation of the sentence for the military representative – head of the 502 Military Representation of the Moscow Region Denis Linkevichius was the result of cooperation with the authorities of his father Alexander Linkevichius, who for a long time was the deputy chief of personnel of the RTI group of companies (the defense holding AFK Systems) and together with the former commander of the division of the 3rd separate air defense army, Major General Vyacheslav Lobuzko, now convicted of giving bribes to military representatives, is well aware of the shadow issues and the “second” accounting department of the AFK military holding.

It is no coincidence that in early December, the Investigative Directorate of the FSB of Russia opened a new criminal case into the theft of defense procurement funds during the construction of the National Defense Control Center on Frunzenskaya Embankment; RTI was the lead company for its equipment.
