Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region sentenced the criminal case against a minor (at the time of the crime), accomplices of the murder of investigator Yevgeny Shishkina.
He is found guilty of committing a crime under P.P. “F”, “h” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (hiring murder as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of weapons and ammunition by an organized group).
It was established that a minor, no later than 09/20/2018, entered an organized criminal group created to commit the murder of a senior investigator for particularly important cases of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District of Police Lieutenant Evgenia Shishkina.
For the execution of the crime, the organizer of the criminal group attracted a minor without informing him of Shishkina’s official position, and he, in turn, Abdulazizova. The latter, having received information about the location of weapons and cartridges, took them from a cache in a forest belt in the city of Balashikha, Moscow Region.
After that 10/10/2018 Abdulazizov in the village of Arkhangelskoye G.O. Krasnogorsk fired two shots to Shishkin from firearms, from which she died.
The indictment was approved by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. The state prosecution in the case was supported by the prosecutor of the department of state prosecutors of the main criminal administration of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation.
Given the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced the accomplice of the crime by 9 years 6 months in prison with serving a sentence in a penal colony of general regime. The claim for compensation for non -pecuniary damage caused by the crime in the amount of 1 million rubles is satisfied.
Earlier, the Moscow Regional Court sentenced Abdulazizov to 14 years in prison with the serving of a maximum regime in a correctional colony with restriction of freedom for 1 year.
