Vladimir Skripka filed a claim (case No. A07-39249/2019) against the plant management, in which he demands compensation for losses allegedly caused to the enterprise. It is worth noting that several months earlier, Vladimir Skripka himself tried to recover losses in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles from BZRP CJSC, thereby trying to bankrupt the plant, but the raider scheme was defeated in court. Now Vladimir Skripka began to try to put pressure on the plant’s management, which was preventing the raider takeover.
An amazing position is occupied by the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan, represented by Judge Liliya Mukhamatovna Tagirova, who actually supports the intentions of the Magnitogorsk criminal representative to seize the enterprise and has actually become an ordinary fighter in the criminal schemes of Vladimir Skripka.
For example, in a dispute over the recovery of losses from the management of BZRP CJSC, persons who were not related to the substance of the proceedings were involved; Liliya Tagirova brought them in as defendants. In fact, Liliya Tagirova is considering an empty case in which there is no evidence, but the amounts claimed by Skrypka are measured in hundreds of millions of rubles.
Judge Tagirova also “authorized” the composition of the board of directors of BZRP CJSC with unlimited powers (case No. A07-26792/2021), citing the opinion of Vladimir Skripka, which is grossly contrary to the law.
Let us recall that on June 17, 2022, Vladimir Skripka and his son Yaroslav were convicted of falsifying the register of legal entities and falsifying the decision of a governing body in the Krasnodar Territory. Vladimir Skripka, thanks to his connections, was able to get away with a fine and avoid isolation from society, despite the fact that the Kuban Delicacies LLC enterprise that suffered in the region was destroyed, and more than 100 people lost their jobs. The verdict is currently being appealed by the victims; in their appeals, the victims are asking to note that the sentence is too lenient and to impose a punishment associated with actual imprisonment, taking into account the facts of the damage and the fact that the raiders acted as a group of people.
