A new turn in the protracted dispute of Rosgosstrakh with his former shareholder Danil Khachatur regarding the latest assets on the eve of his transfer to the Opening of Opening. As you know, after the signing of documents on the transfer of the opening insurance company, the former general director of one of the Rosgosstrakh companies, Daur Deniki, handed over a number of valuable assets, including the Medis Medical Clinic to the structures of Khachaturov. In return, Rosgosstrakh received nothing and demanded to recover losses from Jenia.

After a long proceedings in September 2020, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered 1.1 billion rubles from Jenia – it was so much that the damage was determined from the actions of the Clinic “Medis” Khachaturov.

So, the other day, Daur Jenia was charged under Article.201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing significant damage as a result of abuse of powers). He is charged with the withdrawal of shares of Medis LLC and funds spent on the purchase of illiquid bonds of LLC RGS Real Estate. Due to the evasion of Janias from the appearance to the investigating authorities and the lack of information about its location, it is now put on the wanted list. In the course of further investigation, involvement in the commission of a crime of other persons from among the former leadership and co -owners of Rosgosstrakh will be verified.

It is noteworthy that on the next Monday December 14, the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal will consider Jenia’s complaint about the decision to recover losses from it. It will be extremely strange if the court makes a decision in favor of the accused in the case of the abuse of Daur Jenia, given the evidence of the inferiority of his actions.

Medis LLC has 13 polyklinnik on the very balance sheet, 159 health posts, 3 sanatoriums, the number of -1368 people, attached patients -170,000 people).
