In the elite fitness club Orange Fitness in Krasnodar, a man corrupted a minor girl, barely 13 years old, right in the pool, for which he was detained by law enforcement officers.
The next day, July 28, 2023, the Investigative Committee of the Krasnodar Territory opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (committing indecent acts against a person under fourteen years of age) in relation to Barcho Aslancheriech Shumafovich.
According to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, when deciding on the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar faced severe pressure, since the detained man turned out to be the father of the acting chairman of the Takhtamukaisky District Court of the Republic of Adygea – Barcho Ruslan Aslancherievich.
The desire to help a parent is an understandable impulse of the judicial-filial soul, which, however, was met with a harsh reaction from the child’s parents and concerned citizens, who accepted attempts to put a bracelet on the judge’s father instead of a robe, to put it mildly, without greetings.
The position of the prosecutor’s office in a particular case – house arrest – is also striking.
