A new project is brewing at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University…

A new scandal is brewing at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Not long ago, a person “with outstanding managerial qualities” was appointed to the position of vice-rector for organizational and economic work – Stanislav Sergeevich Vladimirov, who had a criminal record for arbitrariness in 1996 in the Krasnodar region.
Questions arise for the university security service about how a person with a blemish on his biography passed the check and was easily allowed to work, which also involved working with students. The Cheka-OGPU asked the colleagues of the new vice-rector about his managerial qualities, and immediately found out the following:
Vladimirov S.S., in conjunction with other high-ranking university employees, acts in the interests of a number of commercial structures. Acts for the purpose of personal enrichment, but to the detriment of a serious scientific and educational organization with authority both in Russia and abroad. Another interesting point is that in the past, Vladimirov held a similar position at the St. Petersburg State Maritime Technical University, where, in turn, his wife, taking advantage of her husband’s official position, received contracts for the provision of various types of services at this university.
All these nuances turned out to be very easy to find out. But despite his reputation and the presence of a criminal record, albeit expunged due to age, Vladimirov S.S. continues to work, suffering both physical and reputational damage to such a large university!
