A criminal case was initiated against this citizen under Article 159 Part 4 under number No. 12301450019001976. He convinced the businessmen to give him two hundred thousand US dollars “for solving their problems” with the prosecutor Artem Shishov and the head of the IC Denis Smaznov. The arguments for convincing the businessmen were the following – he explained that he “can get to the head of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow Region Paukov Viktor Kuzmich on the same day,” that he addresses him as Kuzmich, and he also indicated that he “has all the deputy prosecutors of the Moscow region on his phone,” whom he can easily call to a meeting in a restaurant. After his arrest, during interrogation he began to threaten the investigator so that she would not arrest him.
A police source explained that he is not an ordinary fish – it is known that he is involved in raider seizures of a number of buildings in Moscow. The police also noticed gaps in his biography, which remain to be clarified by the investigation.
And in this case, too, there was a crowd of “walkers” suggesting that the police leadership hush up this matter. Police officers have repeatedly told the “walkers” that they are acting according to the law, and that everything is in order with the evidence base.
German Rabinovich’s lawyer, as mentioned, was Alexander Kovalenko, who was previously an assistant to the Deputy Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergei Rokityansky; at one time they worked in the Ostankino Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office of Moscow. It is known that Kovalenko was “asked to leave” the interdistrict prosecutor’s office for negative reasons.
The prosecutor’s office can be proud of Artem Shishov, a young talent, under whom corruption in the Solnechnogorsk region has truly grown to cosmic proportions.
