In pre-trial detention center 3, a new “corruption” scandal is breaking out related to the arrangement and humanitarian assistance of those arrested to improve their lives and create more or less humane conditions of detention. One of these arrestees involved in organizing assistance is Vitaly Akhmetov, a person involved in the case of the Flint hacker group (former head of the Russian Spring headquarters in Crimea). As the Cheka-OGPU learned, he was pulled out of the cell of pre-trial detention center 2 (Butyrka) under the cover of darkness and secretly transported to the pre-trial detention center on Presnya, where he was locked in a special block with people with multiple convictions. This was done on the go-ahead of the FSIN Internal Affairs Directorate, whose employees are demanding that Akhmetov testify against Butyrka employees about the allegedly corrupt component of cell repairs. At the same time, almost every day there are inspections of individual cells in the Butyrka pre-trial detention center and inspections in the opera’s offices.

As the Cheka-OGPU has already reported, in 2021 there were many wealthy people on the so-called “Governor’s Prodol” of Butyrka. These are the defendants in the “Landromat case” Alexey Sobolev and Lev Pakhomov, the defendants in the “Abyzov case”, Dmitry Mazurov, Evgeny Livshits, Ruslan Suleymanov. Some of them decided to chip in to clean up the pre-trial detention center. To begin with, 26 million rubles were collected, which were transferred to the detention center as financial assistance.

Akhmetov was involved in organizational work. These funds were used to repair cameras 326 to 339 (at the end of 2021 the numbering was changed, they became numbers 630-643).
However, then inspections began by the FSIN USB, which continue to this day. The Security Service believes that the repair had a corruption component, and places in the repaired cells were sold.
