As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, the father of the ex-chairman of the government of the Yaroslavl region Dmitry Stepanenko, Alexander, became a co-founder of Ivanovskoe Hunting Farm LLC. The organization was registered on July 19, 2023 and is located at the address: Yaroslavl. st. Urochskaya, 7A. The hunting farm operates in the field of hunting, capturing and shooting wild animals, including providing services in these areas. The second co-founder is Stroyenergoaktiv LLC, registered in Moscow City, associated with the Rotenberg family.
The beneficiary of Stroyenergoaktiv, Elena Krylova, is listed as the founder of structures associated with the large federal contractor GC EKS. The last company, registered in Yaroslavl in 2017, a year later already took 32nd place in terms of revenue among all construction companies in Russia. EKS Group of Companies is a major recipient of Mosvodokanal contracts and tenders for the improvement of Moscow. The ultimate beneficiaries of the EKS Group of Companies are supposedly tied to the Rotenberg brothers, although they themselves deny this connection. 
A native of the FSO, Dmitry Stepanenko headed the government of the Yaroslavl region from 2016 to 2021. Since 2022, he has been working as the deputy head of the Federal Property Management Agency.
