They looked with curiosity at the smoke from the direction of the airfield and listened to various explosions and did not know what to do, where to run. <…>2 more weeks have passed, there are explosions, but somewhere outside the city. Very scary… You ask, did I leave the city? “No, I’m home… I hope everything will end,” the girl wrote when the city was already occupied by Russia.
A few days later, Yanina wrote that her massage studio was reopened. The girl’s last post on the social network was published on her birthday – October 5.
On February 21, the VChK-OGPU channel wrote that the girl was being held in the Moscow pre-trial detention center “Lefortovo.”
According to the Center for Investigative Journalism, Yanina Akulov together with two other residents of Melitopol The FSB accused of allegedly preparing an explosion at the Riga market in Melitopol, and also of allegedly blowing up a car on September 18, 2022, in which there were employees of the occupation institutions of the region, Russian citizens Mikhail Shchetinin and Sergei Gorbunov.
