After some time, our hero was invited to the capital. He left, but ignored the law and did not surrender the weapons issued to him.
Thanks to the media, the story became public, and the valiant judge Ryabov handed over the weapon with one very significant request – to issue a retroactive return. Employees of the Russian Guard did not succumb to provocation, registered the violation according to all laws and sent the materials to the prosecutor of the Nizhny Novgorod region. There they got lost… There is a reason for this.
Nikolai Nikolaevich Ryabov is promised another step on the career ladder – deputy chairman of the Fourth Court of Appeal. The same one where they check whether the colleagues of the first instance made the decision correctly and fairly. And in this situation, the regional prosecutor Andrei Travkin does not need problems with the future guardian of the law.
