A judge from Yekaterinburg complained against a lawyer to the Bar Association because of a mask

Judge Larisa Shangina complained against Fyodor Akchermyshev, who is the defender of hacker Konstantin Kozlovsky, accused of creating the hacker group Lurk.

Akchermyshev attended the meeting wearing a mask with the inscription LURK, the letters were circled in such a way that they resembled the word “ЦIRK”. The court considered this behavior “unacceptable” and asked the Bar Chamber to check it for compliance with the requirements of the law on the legal profession.

Akchermyshev, in a conversation with @ve4ved, repeatedly expressed his opinion that the investigation was unable to investigate this case – recently it has been 3 years since it was transferred to the Kirov Court of Yekaterinburg. There are already more than 2600 (!) volumes in the file.

Konstantin Kozlovsky was arrested in the summer of 2016 among 24 hackers from Lurk. In court, Kozlovsky stated that his group acted under the auspices of the FSB and even confirmed his involvement in hacking the servers of the US Democratic Party.

The hacker claims that he was engaged in hacking on behalf of the FSB major Dmitry Dokuchaev, who supervised him. Dokuchaev himself was convicted in 2019 of treason for transferring data about Russian hackers to American intelligence agencies and was stripped of the rank of major. In May of this year he was released on parole. The only member of the Lurk group who admitted guilt, businessman Georgy Fomchenkov, was sentenced in 2019 to seven years in prison.
