The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to the acting general director of the Federal Energy Service Company, subordinate to the Ministry of Energy, Nikolai Myagkikh.
The man was detained by employees of the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia together with colleagues from the SEB of the FSB of Russia and with the assistance of the Department of Economic Security in the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
According to preliminary data, the attacker, by deceiving and abusing the trust of the leadership of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, in the period from 2018 to 2021, submitted to the organization assessing the cost of vehicles false statements about the need for repair work on more than 185 vehicles located in 24 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Thus, the value of the property was reduced by 90% of the market value, which allowed the attacker not to carry out the necessary approvals for transactions with the Russian Ministry of Energy.
When selling transport, the head of the unitary enterprise received cash from buyers equal to the actual cost of the property, part of which he appropriated.
The investigator of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Northern Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime provided for in Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
