In addition, Zolotov-Shapiro-Tumarkin, in principle, cannot be a plaintiff in arbitration, since he is bankrupt. And he owed creditors more than 25,000,000 rubles. The amounts are considerable, but finding them in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service turned out to be difficult. The fact is that one of the responsible employees of the FSSP, as if by chance, made two typos at once in the hero’s first and last name: he is listed in the database as ZolAtov Dionysus (instead of Zolotov Dionisy). A completely effective way to hide information about the debtor from the prying eyes of journalists.
