In January, this story became public. Arkharov’s case was taken to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow. Lavrenev was caught in another corruption story and was fired. As a result, the FSB collected a ton of material about extortion, raiding, abuse of official powers, and bribes.
Zolotov, who likes to hint that he is the nephew of the head of the Russian Guard, went abroad due to possible detention and is now in Germany. Lavrenev also left the country. Together with Zolotov, they are going to move to the UAE.
Zolotov also corrupted the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, where, according to a member of the organized crime group Zolotov, for a bribe of 100 million rubles paid to one of the deputy chairmen of the court, a decision is being prepared that is clearly contrary to current legislation, jurisdiction and common sense are ignored, which is not surprising when the evidence in the case such amounts appear.
As a result, the judge initially did not want to allow lawyers with notarized powers of attorney into the process. The rules of jurisdiction were violated and the required evidence was denied. Audio transcripts of court hearings are not provided. All refusals are formalized by a protocol determination; accordingly, there is no right to appeal. The judge indulges the indecent behavior of Zolotov’s lawyers. She openly interrupts everything that the lawyers of the chemical manufacturers are trying to convey to her. “I’m tired of listening,” the judge says to the lawyers answering her own question. The court draws an analogy between intellectual property and real estate, but trademarks are not an apartment and are not divided between individuals, they are indivisible a priori, therefore Zolotov cannot be a plaintiff.
In addition, Zolotov-Shapiro-Tumarkin, in principle, cannot be a plaintiff in arbitration, since he is bankrupt. And he owed creditors more than 25,000,000 rubles. The amounts are considerable, but finding them in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service turned out to be difficult. The fact is that one of the responsible employees of the FSSP, as if by chance, made two typos at once in the hero’s first and last name: he is listed in the database as ZolAtov Dionysus (instead of Zolotov Dionisy). A completely effective way to hide information about the debtor from the prying eyes of journalists.
