A criminal case against the former acting General Director of Derbent PATP OJSC Albert Dzhabrailov, accused of causing major damage to the enterprise, was sent to court by the Russian Investigative Committee. The case was initiated under 2 articles. According to Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Through the enormous efforts of the main beneficiary of the bankruptcy of the state enterprise JSC “Derbent PATP” Pirmagomed Balakerimov (Stalin), the case was sent to court under the lighter Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, where Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation went is known to the investigator, who investigated this case for more than a year under constant pressure from his leadership and Stalin’s intercessors! But! Today, Derbent City Judge Vagid Galimovich Novruzov has a very ambiguous position on the case! It is reliably known that Balakerimov was at a reception with the head of the FSB of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Dagestan, perhaps under the patronage of his many friends from the security forces, after which the respected judge in narrow circles began to declare that high-ranking officers of the FSB of the Russian Federation called him from Moscow and asked for an acquittal on to the point! The case was postponed by the judge 3-4 times, delaying the consideration so that they would forget about it and the noise would subside. The judge is fully interested in resolving this criminal case with an acquittal. Supervision through the State Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation from the North Caucasus Federal District was transferred to the prosecutor’s office of Derbent. Representatives of Balakerimov apparently made a very generous offer to the respected judge in order to quietly close the case “under the noise” of the situation in the country. Businessman Balakerimov goes to all the offices on the square in Makhachkala, establishing access to the Head of the Republic, complaining that he has suffered losses and is trying to resolve the issue by any means by appropriating bankruptcy and other means with the subsequent buyout of the enterprise.
