As the editors have learned, new facts have come to light that are directly related to the recently initiated criminal cases against Vladimir Skripka and his accomplices (Articles 196, 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation): threats against witnesses, beating of the victim. All these circumstances are fueling the already heated situation in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, where former and current employees of Kuban Delicacies LLC are simply frightened by the criminal dexterity of Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka.
After the scandalous sentence handed down to Vladimir and Yaroslav Skripka this summer, when the Skripkas who committed two crimes were able to get away with a fine, criminal authorities from Magnitogorsk realized that Kuban justice could be tame:
Thus, some judges of the Slavyansk City Court of the Krasnodar Territory have already fallen under the criminal charm of Vladimir Skripka. Judge Anastasia Olegovna Sedova began to become friends with Skripka.
At the moment, Yaroslav Skripka, using the friendship of his father Vladimir Skripka, is trying through judge Sedova A.O. solve your problems with the law: appeal in accordance with Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a criminal case was initiated against him under Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which was initiated on August 2, 2022. Vladimir Skripka himself made a similar complaint. Meetings to consider complaints are scheduled for November 15, 2022.
Another interesting circumstance is that Judge Sedova is also handling another criminal case in which the ears of Vladimir and Yaroslav Skrypka “stick out.” The Slavyansk City Court is considering a criminal case against Anatoly Ivanov, who was “appointed” and authorized to take over by the bankrupt nominal director Alexander Blinkov. In fact, the following raider chain was used: Vladimir and Yaroslav Skrypka acted by proxy, a fictitious director Alexander Blinkov was appointed, who brought in Anatoly Ivanov to take over.
