But without reaching an agreement with Khotin, the DIA managed to reach an agreement with the bankruptcy manager of Kayum-Oil, A.N. Posashkov!!!
Posashkov is known on the platform of self-regulatory organizations as the most corrupt bankruptcy trustee. It is not surprising that in the near future he will be disqualified and apparently he decided to hit the jackpot, since he and those who stand behind him, according to the words of a certain Igor, were promised to leave Posashkov as manager at Kayum-Neft in the event of his disqualification. And so on September 27, 2023, Posashkov voted at the meetings of Kayum Neft creditors for the DIA, which he personally opposed in July 2023, since the DIA did not consider Posashkov as a bankruptcy trustee. It is surprising, of course, that back in July Posashkov was categorically against DIA, as a structure affiliated with Kayum-Neft, and DIA was against Posashkov, but in September, having agreed with DIA, Posashkov A.N. already votes for DIA, and DIA for Posashkov. It turns out that a bankruptcy trustee appointed by the state can forget about the interests of the state for bribes and personal gain?
