A 41-year-old resident of North Ossetia, Gennady Kulaev, died. He was a witness in a triple murder case, and the accused was the brother of the President of South Ossetia, Alexander Gagloev. Sources of the Cheka-OGPU, affiliated with the former leadership of the republic, claim that Kulaev’s death is mysterious, in other words, they simply got rid of the only witness.

Everything did not go according to script – instead of exposing Gagloev, Kulaev attempted suicide, and then decided to take the blame upon himself. But here, too, there was a discrepancy – the then Prosecutor General Uryzmag Dzhagaev turned to the head of the RF Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, with a request to send a polygraph examiner to Tskhinvali, since there was no evidence of the guilt of Kulaev and Gagloev.

Nobody sent them a polygraph examiner. Therefore, while Kulaev was kept in prison and continued to be tortured, it was decided to move to plan B, and already at the end of August, South Ossetian citizen Inal Dzhabiev died from beatings and torture, who was forced to slander Alan Gagloev himself, who was active in political activities at that time.

This “case” was covered so actively and had such a public outcry that the regime was almost demolished during rallies of many thousands, and as a result, power fell during the presidential elections. The case of the assassination attempt on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the republic Igor Naniev, allegedly ordered by the Gagloev brothers, fell apart.

From the court it must be transferred to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic, so that the investigators can officially contact the customers and issue them a ticket to the bunk. In the meantime, the masterminds are walking free; as a result of their setup with an “attempt to kill the head of a security agency,” two people have already died. As a result of prolonged torture, the father of three children, Gennady Kulaev, had his ribs broken, his teeth knocked out, his kidneys knocked out, and he was never able to restore his health.

Sources report that one of the participants in this story, ex-Prosecutor General Dzhagaev, not only freely grubs, but is also calmly establishing “cigarette transit” in the republic at new rates, being the “supervisor” of this criminal business.
