As the Cheka-OGPU found out, the release of revealing information led to the fact that the owners of Winline tried to put pressure on Emil Muzaffarov, first through the most influential Chechen “authority” Kazbek Dukuzov (formally wanted for the murder of the editor-in-chief of Forbes magazine, US citizen Paul Klebnikov, but in reality lives quietly in Chechnya and even sometimes comes to Moscow). Dukuzov wanted Emil Muzaffarov to stop disseminating any information regarding the Winline company and its owners: Anton Bazhenov (jailed for organizing illegal gambling activities), crime boss Radik Yusupov (“Dragon”) and Andrei Bokarev (oligarch from the Forbes list).
After Kazbek Dukuzov failed to resolve this issue, other authoritative Chechens got involved. They also realized that the issue could not be resolved. After this, the owners of Winline turned to Adam Delimkhanov with a request to help because deadlines were running out (the World Cup in Qatar was just around the corner, which began on November 20, 2022), and Emil Muzaffarov had ready videos with bloggers exposing the illegal activities of the Winline company. 
“Andrei Bokarev also conveyed that if Emil Muzaffarov does not stop his activities in relation to the Winline company, then they will contact the presidential administration and the head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Domestic Policy, Andrei Yarin,” our source said.
