With the help of Sergei Ivannikov, a well-known solver and supplier of “nominalities” in Ryazan and beyond, a member of the association of arbitration managers “SIRIUS”, Lev convinced a certain Valentin Ukrainsky to act as the nominal buyer of the plant.

To make everything look real, Leva even bought bills worth almost a hundred million rubles and gave them to his accomplices, who acted as representatives of the Ukrainian denomination.

MIFNS 2 for the Ryazan region refused to register the transaction for “Kamenny Vek”, but Ivannikov intervened and, through the head of the Federal Tax Service for the Ryazan region Morozov, re-registered LLC “Kamenny Vek” to the “left grandfather”.

As a result, Levin’s friends stole more than 20 million rubles from the plant and the “Kamenny Vek” trademark, which was re-registered as Ecotech LLC.

When the FSB took over the case, theft unexpectedly occurred at Prio-Vneshtorgbank in June 2023. Perhaps they “covered their tracks,” but the bills were no longer there; in May, the FSB, by court decision, sent them for examination.

The Ukrainian wrote a confession, where he handed over Antonov, Ivannikov and others.

Antonov-controlled Plitka na Veka LLC, Arctic Stone LLC, Ecotech LLC, SandGroup LLC owed the state almost 1 billion rubles in taxes, and he himself began personal bankruptcy proceedings (case No. A40-32710/2022) .

The Department of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city of Ryazan is conducting an investigation into another crime of Antonov, but Ivannikov “resolved the issue” with a senior employee who is going to move to the position of deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Ryazan region.

Are Antonov and Ivannikov really so strong that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB Directorate for the Ryazan Region are not able to stop their criminal activities?
