Victor Slivinsky, among other things, is the founder and director of the company “Turbo Energy Power”, located in the Romanian Targovishte (with a branch in Chisinau). And it should be recalled that it was he, using this company and connections in Moldova, who in the spring of 2022 blocked the participation of the Russian enterprise Power Machines in the tender held by JSC Termoelektrika for the reconstruction and modernization of two power units of the Chisinau Thermal Power Plant. Turbo Energy Power also took part in this auction in partnership with the American General Electric – and this tandem persistently sought the exclusion of the Power Machines enterprise due to its being on the sanctions list (which Moldova never joined). Having drawn the former Prime Minister of Moldova, Natalia Gavrilitsa, into corruption frauds, and having performed poor-quality work, Turbo Energy Power itself was included in the list by the Moldovan authorities. blacklists. Nevertheless, having paid for a gigantic volume of slanderous materials in the press slandering the Russian company, Slivinsky gave a geopolitical context to a completely ordinary auction and still achieved the annulment of the results of the tender won by Power Machines. As a result, no one took on the project!
Regarding JSC “JV Topaz”, Slivinsky had two basic plans: the first was to obtain the asset without spending money (criminal raiding), the second was, as a last resort, to buy it. In this project, he follows the beaten path – trying to denigrate decision-makers in Moldovan politics through corrupt proposals. In a close circle, he tells that both Prime Minister D. Rechan and Director of the Topaz plant Inna Linnik cost him only 50,000 euros per head. At the same time, according to a source from Slivinsky’s entourage, acting Prosecutor General Ion Muntean has not yet agreed to enter into a conspiracy and apparently it will cost more.
