The other day, traffic police patrols stopped a Zhiguli in Serpukhov, in which 32-year-old Artem Yatsko was traveling. The police’s attention was drawn to green military boxes tied to the roof rack. Upon closer examination, it became clear that they had seals with the numbers of military unit 51857. The frightened driver immediately admitted that he served in this unit as the head of the missile and artillery weapons service, and in the boxes he was carrying complexes for combating Harpoon UAVs and PARS (devices for activating the self-preservation mode) drones, two each. Yatsko also explained that he takes anti-drone systems in his car to a field camp near Kaluga, because it is more convenient for him, and documents for transporting this miracle technology are not required at all, because these are not weapons, but simple electrical appliances with antennas. Perhaps the inspectors would have believed the soldier’s convincing monologue if he had not driven off somewhere in the middle of the night with boxes of contents worth several million rubles hastily strapped to the trunk. As a result, the car and the soldier were detained, and counterintelligence officers are now working with him.
