Unnoticed by the general public, serious changes are taking place in the leadership of Moscow district courts. Thus, at the beginning of summer, within one day, the chairman of the Meshchansky District Court, I.V. Belchenko, was dismissed. The reason for the dismissal was the established fact of the illegal destruction of thousands of civil cases in the courtyard, for which the judges of the said court were too lazy to sign off on judicial acts. Any other judge would, at the very least, lose her powers on defamatory grounds, or even go to prison, but not I.V. Belchenko, who is the closest friend of the Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Court L.Yu. Ishmuratova. Lyubov Yuryevna did everything to ensure that Belchenko avoided the due responsibility. Recall that Belchenko was the only representative of the Moscow judicial system at the luxurious wedding of Ishmuratova’s son, which took place at the Rublevka in the summer of 2022.
In the near future, another protégé of Ishmuratova, Konstantin Pokhilko, who is already collecting documents to move to the Moscow City Court, will leave the post of chairman of the Khamovnichesky Court. Mr. Pokhilko was involved in numerous corruption stories, and is also known for complete incompetence as the chairman of the court (article dated June 23, 2022 and February 3, 2023). Instead of leaving the orderly ranks of the judicial system, through the efforts of Lyubov Yuryevna Pokhilko, he moves to the Moscow City Court, so that his mediocrity would not be so noticeable in a team of hundreds. 
At the end of the year, the powers of one of the most odious judges in Moscow, the chairman of the Chertanovsky court, V.N. Danilkin, are ending. The probability of extending his powers for another term tends to zero. Danilkin is known for sentencing Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Perhaps the time for indulgence has come.
Finally, the chairman of the Moscow City Court, not experienced in behind-the-scenes intrigues, began to purge Ishmuratova’s retinue. We look forward to seeing justice prevail in relation to Lyubov Yuryevna, who is the main source of corruption in the Moscow City Court.
