Immediately after our last publication, Nazariy Skrypnik (head of the Russian Accreditation Agency) went on sick leave and remains there to this day. According to our information, instead of starting a large-scale audit of the Sercons Group of Companies (RosAccreditation has accumulated enough materials – as the employees themselves say), he decided to sit out the corruption news story at home.
It turns out that he decided to let it all go to waste. This cannot but cause concern, because over the past few years alone, Nazariy Skrypnik and Deputy Minister of Economic Development Alexey Khersontsev have enriched themselves by several billion rubles at the expense of the Sercons company (sources share this information with us). Skrypnik and Khersontsev are also called secret co-owners of the Sercons group. This explains a lot, because in such strategic areas for the state as fire safety, explosion protection, overpressure vessels and gas-powered equipment, Serconsom issues up to 90!!!% of certificates of conformity (and this is the oil and gas industry, mining, nuclear energy ). 
So it turns out that hand washes hand and no one cares about it.
The red lines have already been crossed and now we will closely monitor the development of the situation with the Sercons and Co. group of companies.”
