He is considered one of the closest people to Kadyrov’s cousin, Ibragimov Turpal-Ali, nicknamed “Bystry”, secretary of the Sobvez of the Chechen Republic. In 2018, Ibragimov, being the head of the Shalinsky district, caused a fatal accident with a Zhiguli car while driving a Mercedes, in which a married couple and a child died. After the tragedy, the relatives of the victims “asked” Kadyrov not to punish his brother or fire him from his job. Also, according to the source, Eldarbiev is in close contact with the former head of the Kadyrov administration, Izrayilov.
