From the very first days, the Cheka-OGPU has been following the struggle between manufacturers of household chemicals Alexander Balakhovsky and Yakov Bosinzon, who recklessly stole the share of a large enterprise from their partner, Denis Shapiro. As a result, on January 16 of this year, the former partners found themselves in the dock and moved from accused to defendant. The prosecutor charged them with five serious articles of the Criminal Code, including fraud, abuse of power, and laundering of criminal proceeds (Part 4 of Article 159, Article 201 and 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), for which together they could receive more than 15 years maximum security colony and lose all property, as well as funds illegally obtained and transferred to Israel, where Balakhovsky’s daughter and ex-wife of Yakov Bosinzon live.
One of Bosinzon’s mistresses, Olesya Kaplistaya, escaped from the investigation and is wanted as an accomplice in theft and forgery of documents. Balakhovsky also dragged his daughter Tatyana Balakhovskaya into the organized crime group, as well as a confidant of the previous director of the plant for the production of household chemicals, Alexander Savoskin. He also ended up in the dock. For several years, this gang has been trying to evade responsibility, trying to mislead its environment, the investigation and the court. 
Thus, Balakhovsky, taking advantage of his advanced age, more than once disrupted court hearings, thereby showing disrespect for the court and the participants in the process. But, as the proverb says: “No matter how much the rope twists, the end will come.” It is obvious that the matter has moved towards its logical conclusion. This means that the gang will have to settle accounts with their former partner, and this is, no less, a share in the enterprise, the assets of which the investigation estimated at 4 billion rubles.
