How Alexei Navalny was killed
Part 1
The Cheka-OGPU conducted its investigation into the death of Alexei Navalny and we can unequivocally declare that the politician was “killed.” If not directly, then simply by depriving him of normal medical care. For a long time, Alexei’s critical condition was hidden, and they tried to save him within the walls of the IR with the help of a hygienist. They “killed” on the go-ahead of someone very high-ranking. Most likely, it was the head of the IC, who, despite being brought to criminal liability, worked in the system. FSIN. Which is not surprising. The son of the head of the IC is an FSO employee.
From the reports that arrived in Moscow about Navalny’s death, it follows that Alexey went for a walk at 12.11 (10.11 Moscow time). He quickly became ill. Very bad. He was placed in the medical unit. And the call to the local ambulance came at 13.30. For about an hour, the correctional officers were stupidly afraid to call professional doctors and watched as Alexey died. When the ambulance arrived at the scene, it was no longer possible to save Alexey. Statements that Alexey received some kind of help are lies. There was no one to provide it to the correctional facility. Alexey was taken to the colony’s medical director, Alexey Lisyuk, whom no one would call a doctor.
39-year-old Lisyuk, in whose hands the life of Alexei Navalny was in fact, was repeatedly detained in Kropotkin (Krasnodar Territory) for living without documents, for trading in unidentified places, and his hunting rifle was confiscated for violating the rules for storing weapons.
Then he managed to work at the SES of the Krasnodar Territory (hygiene specialist). And then a significant event took place. Lisyuk met a native of Kyrgyzstan, the head of the medical unit in the IK-8 colony, Ruslan Tsoi (he answered our call that he was in the FSB and hung up). After this, Lisyuk changed Kuban to the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. When Tsoi was promoted and became the head of MSCh-11, Lisyuk became his employee. The medical unit served several colonies. Then he ended up in the penal colony, where Navalny was sent. A former homeless person and hygienist was responsible for the lives of prisoners. Several prison inmates immediately reported to the Cheka-OGPU that Lisyuk’s only “medicines” were “brilliant greens and analgin”; he was not a doctor and could not help anyone. He is definitely not capable of carrying out resuscitation measures.
