He has been in solitary confinement for two years.

The history of criminal Russia would not be complete without a loud scandal that broke out the other day in the Samara region. Representatives of the Chechen organized crime group, with the support of corrupt current and former employees of the regional FSB Directorate, launched online harassment of the prosecutor of the Samara region, Sergei Berezhitsky.

The “Czechs” and their tame “faces” did not like the fact that prosecutors began to unravel the fabricated case of Alexander Pertsev, a former employee of the Tolyatti police and a former employee of the TogliattiAzot economic security service.

The entire time the investigation is ongoing (which is two years), Pertsev sits in a pre-trial detention center in Togliatti in solitary confinement. He knows too much and people fear him. “Pepper,” as Alexander Pertsev was called by his colleagues in Togliatti, is considered a legendary figure. “Ideological, principled and crazy,” people who know him say about him. While serving in the police, he fought against ethnic crime and drug trafficking, for which he paid.

Alexander Pertsev’s subordinates “accepted” extortion from the pimp and prostitutes of the famous Tolyatti Danunakhov Sallah. The prostitutes “cut” the Chechens’ wallet, were mutilated and, together with the pimp, “put on the counter.”

Danunakhov was detained in the company of Magomed Shishkhanov (put on the international wanted list), the owner of the MSA STROY LLC, a major contractor of ToAz PJSC. An ordinary thing turned into a scandal. Through Shishkhanov, money was transferred from ToAz to the then owner of the chemical plant, Vladimir Makhlai, who lived in London.

The panic is understandable: the arrest happened at the height of the corporate conflict for control over PJSC ToAZ. Shishkhanov rushed for help to his friends from the FSB: Mikhail Gorbunov (detained for bribes) and Mikhail Fomin (dismissed from service on discreditable grounds). The “neutralization” of Pertsev was estimated at 20 million rubles. The bet worked – he was fired from service.

However, “Peretz” went to work for the economic security service of TogliattiAzot. Shishkhanov had dark days. And his partner in the chemical business, semi-criminal businessman Sergei Surkov (extracted hydrocarbons from pipes, fled from the Russian Federation to the UAE) too. Pertsev began to destroy the schemes they had created to steal funds from PJSC ToAz.

The answer to Pertsev was not long in coming. The pimp, who was under state protection and police protection, was detained by FSB special forces. After communicating with Gorbunov and the threat of rape, he changed his testimony, saying that Danunakhov did not extort money from him. The prostitute, the main witness for the prosecution, slipped on the stairs and died, having previously broken her neck in three places. And Pertsev was closed for “falsifying” the extortion case.

It’s hard to figure out who won in this story. It’s easier to say who lost. A normal policeman is awaiting trial in solitary confinement. His opponents fled the country, are wanted and are also awaiting trial on bribery charges. In the Samara FSB Directorate, where a dozen employees were imprisoned, other employees play spoons and sing in the Polygraph group.
