Big brother is watching everyone. How the “digital Gulag” works in Russia

In the subway, on social networks, on the roads, at an ATM, in a store, at State Services, crypto exchanges and in the MFC – the authorities are watching Russians almost everywhere. All this is possible thanks to a whole network of various systems for collecting citizen data, which are now implemented in almost any government agency – and in many private companies, especially if their activities are related to the Internet or finance.
