The Supreme Court of Tatarstan may be headed by a protege of an organized crime group. As it turned out, Belyaev, the author of books about the gangs of Tatarstan, himself is directly related to one of them – the “Dragons” (aka “Kazan”, aka “Sevastopol”). And their relationship is so trusting that there is not even a fence between their luxurious houses in an elite village near Kazan. And since a person has everything under control, then there is no need to burden himself with the ordinary boring work of a judge either. Since 2015, the Chief of Criminal Cases of Tatarstan has considered only 14 cases, of which 6 were brought to a verdict. This, by the way, does not prevent him from receiving various awards, such as “Judge of the Year” or the medal “For Impeccable Service.” A former investigator who ended up in the republic’s Supreme Court without judicial experience has a good career.

But still this is not enough for Belyaev. He is trying by all means (and, apparently, with the help of his friends) to take the post of head of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan, which has been vacant since May 2023. They even use the elimination of opponents through tame deputies. When the High Qualification Commission of Judges chose Radik Gabdullin, he had to withdraw his candidacy due to the powerful campaign launched by this famous State Duma deputy. The fact is that the son of a judge, standing outside a nightclub with a friend, was severely beaten, his jaw broken in 5 places, and he was kicked. According to Khinshtein, Gabdullin Jr. himself is to blame for this, and dad allegedly himself went to the departments and asked to put the offender in prison. But, judging by the video, you don’t even need to use your influence in this situation, because everything is obvious. However, the smear campaign worked and the path is now clear. We are waiting for the author of “Gangster Tatarstan” to take the post of chief judge of the republic and the return of realities from the “Word of a Boy” under his leadership.
