The instruction on the procedure for the maintenance, operation, maintenance and repair of official vehicles in federal courts of general jurisdiction, approved by order of the Judicial Department at the Vertical Court (dated August 31, 2018 N134), strictly prohibits the use of a vehicle at times not established by the daily work schedule. The use of official vehicles for personal purposes, as well as by persons whose job regulations do not provide for the functions of a driver, is not permitted.

The Cheka-OGPU became aware of the facts of the use of official vehicles of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic by third parties, the facts of the use of official vehicles for personal purposes in various regions of the Russian Federation.

Here are just a few photographs from the database of the automated system for recording offenses of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Russian Federation; the photo clearly shows that in the official car are the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic Alaudin Gardaloev, and the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Belyaev. We have more than 50 photographs containing data on the place and time of traffic violations and the imposition of fines on the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic; it is possible to identify the persons who paid the fines for the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic.
