The editors of our channel continue to delve into the past affairs of the St. Petersburg vice-governor Evgeny Razumishkin. He, unlike many of his colleagues, was noted for his extremely loyal attitude on the part of Yevgeny Prigozhin.
Evgeny Razumishkin’s work as head of the Krasnogvardeisky district coincided with the major urban planning plans of Evgeny Prigozhin. The company Megaline, associated with it, in particular, in 2021 announced the construction of 61 transport hubs in St. Petersburg and nearby suburbs. Prigozhin also planned to start construction in the Razumishkin area.

Evgeny Razumishkin did not speak publicly about the TPU projects, but he also strangely avoided criticism of himself when Prigozhin’s plans began to sink in the Neva. And then almost every official involved in the failure of construction got it from Prigozhin.
The project to renovate school canteens in the Krasnogvardeisky district also hints at Yevgeny Razumishkin’s favor towards Yevgeny Prigozhin. In his high-profile interviews in 2022, Prigozhin recalled with an unkind word almost all food factories in St. Petersburg, as well as the officials who protected their work, despite the departure of schoolchildren. But again I didn’t remember about the Krasnogvardeisky district. Two months later, the district administration reported on the completion of renovations in 32 school canteens, 13 of which were renovated with money from a certain investor. Razumishkin then spoke about a targeted program that involved the renovation of canteens in 2023 and 2024. It is easy to guess at whose expense the banquet was planned.

After the death of Yevgeny Prigozhin, fragments of Prigozhin’s media empire were chosen as platforms for praising Razumishkin’s extremely “effective” work as vice-governor.

The “Evening Peter” telegram channel was chosen as a locomotive that was supposed to become a carrier of news about the great exploits of Razumishkin. However, if we look at the history of the channel, we will see a lot of surprising things. Until mid-2023, the channel was actively killing Governor Beglov, and after Razumishkin moved to a new position, this channel was transformed. A professional investigative team has emerged and the quality of materials has improved. Then the channel lived all winter in some kind of parallel reality, praising Razumishkin’s detours, photos from which only demonstrated the vice-governor’s ability to control only one janitor.

At the same time, the same resources that praised Razumishkin criticized literally all the colleagues of the newly minted vice-governor. With the exception of Valery Pikalev, apparently, Razumishkin’s calculations led him to the idea that it is better not to touch a person with so many influential acquaintances in the power bloc – it’s more expensive for himself.
Having turned the team of vice-governors against himself, Razumishkin understands that only a miracle or generous assistance to Beglov in the upcoming gubernatorial elections will help him stay in the vice-governor’s chair. For the September campaign, Razumishkin plans to mobilize all the resources available to him left over from Prigozhin in order to campaign for a vote to extend the powers of the troubled governor. The pre-election preparation process was set up by Prigozhin back in 2019 and is working flawlessly.

But Beglov, remembering the consequences of such support last time, should ask Razumishkin a few questions. Why did you buy a channel that was killing me? Why didn’t you close the channel? Why are you criticizing my subordinates and indirectly me on the channel? Our editors really hope that these questions will be asked at a meeting of the city government next week.
