The Cheka-OGPU conducted its investigation into the fatal attack on police officers in Chernogolovka and discovered a lot of oddities, as well as the desire of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to “hush up” much in this story.

Part 1

Tragic events happened to police officers on Sunday afternoon, when most of the employees of their own free will cannot be kicked out of work with a stick.

From this story it follows that on Sunday, unprecedented zeal awoke in 40-year-old warrant officer assistant district police officer Sergei Efimenko and 35-year-old criminal investigation officer Grigory Serov, who, without weapons, dressed in civilian clothes, having forgotten to file a report, decided to make an arrest in the forest.

Moreover, both officers acted on “foreign territory”: the police officers belong to the Losino-Petrovsky department.

What happens next is even stranger.

The bodies of Serov and Efimenko were discovered, as if by accident, by a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named Alexey. At first, he stated that he was simply driving from his dacha from Chernogolovka to a store in Fryanovo, and when he returned he found the bodies.

Then Alexey “remembered” that when he was driving to the store he saw a black motorcycle without license plates (according to Alexey’s testimony, “they may have been covered up”). The latter drove slowly, overtaking cars, and in front of him was a white motorcycle with license plates and a large trunk.

According to the “witness”, at approximately 15.00 he passed the turn to SNT Ozon, where employees of the Losino-Petrovsky department were later found, but did not notice anything remarkable. Not behind the motorcycle, not in the area where the crime was committed.

And already at approximately 15.30 Alexey, according to his testimony, was driving back to the dacha and saw an ownerless Focus, and a man was lying next to the car on the side of the road.

The motorist immediately stopped: the man (investigative officer Grigory Serov), whose body no one tried to hide, was lying on his side, unconscious, but showing signs of life. Later, doctors ascertain that he had a splintered fracture of the frontal bone and a gunshot wound to the head; the bullet did not go through. The body of the assistant police officer was in a forest belt nearby; he was killed with two shots in the body and head.

Police documents were scattered on the ground (perhaps the killer wanted to make sure that the victims were really employees); a total of 4 shell casings were recovered from the crime scene. That is, 3 out of 4 bullets reached the target.
