Under conditions of complete operational cover and control in the special block “Matrosskaya Tishina”, co-owner of the WEX (BTC-E) exchange Ivanov (Biliuchenko), using a laptop previously seized from him during his arrest, transferred 10,000 BTC to wallet addresses provided to him by members of the Kremlin team oligarch Konstantin Malofeev. In addition, Ivanov issued a power of attorney for the management and disposal of bank accounts to an employee of Alfa-SB LLC, Yulia Nazarova (a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation), who has lawyer status. This employee was brought to him as a result of operational work, after he was forced to abandon two previous lawyers and exercised additional control over his actions on the part of the participants in Malofeev’s criminal gang.
Participants in Malofeev’s OPS cash out 3,300 BTC, the received funds in the amount of 3,167,433,649 rubles are deposited by Nazarova into a bank account opened by her under a power of attorney in the name of Ivanov, to carry out their legalization and to ensure payment of compensation for damages to Khavchenko, previously agreed upon with the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The result of almost two years of work by employees of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was the conviction of Ivanov in a special manner within the framework of a pre-trial agreement concluded with him and the provision of material compensation to the active participant in the organized crime group Malofeev – Khavchenko in the amount of 3,167,433,649 rubles.

On September 20, 2023, the Meshchansky District Court passed a verdict against Ivanov, according to which Ivanov was found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 3 years 6 months. Immediately before the sentencing, Malafeev replaces the nominal director of the WEX legal entity from Khavchenko, who is openly affiliated with him, to a little-known, in his opinion, citizen of the Republic of Armenia – Igor Pravdin. According to Malofeev’s plan, these actions should have excluded him from the list of obvious interests in receiving the payment amount.

According to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, Pravdin is a former employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (until 2006), since 2017 he has been employed in controlled companies, both Zhulanova, part of the AT-CONSULTING holding, and directly part of the Malofeev LLC group of companies “Kontur” – LLC “Agrotour”, where he is 100% founder and general director. He is a Russian citizen with dual citizenship.
