Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Football Club “DINAMO-MOSCOW”, and now a member of the Board of Directors of HC Dynamo and General Director of the ANO Water Polo Club “Dynamo” Igor Klochko, who was already summoned for questioning regarding arrears in wages, back in 2014 under the patronage of the then Deputy Minister of Defense Yuri Borisov (the current head of Roscosmos), he was recommended to the oligarch and owner of AFK Sistema Vladimir Yevtushenko. The latter appointed Klochko to the position of first deputy of the defense holding AFK – RTI. A criminal case is underway against the former deputy head of Roscosmos Oleg Frolov, who was also closely associated with Klochko in the procurement of electronic components for the needs of Roscosmos and is a friend and companion of Yuri Borisov. Frolov is now accused of embezzling more than 400 million rubles when concluding contracts for the needs of Roscosmos.
