Their failed projects cost the budget hundreds of millions of rubles, as well as the loss of reputation of the executive branch and scaring away potential investors. But by some strange coincidence, they did not end with the initiation of criminal cases for bribery and fraud. But the statute of limitations that the people of former Governor Miklushevsky so hope for has not yet expired. For example, under the legend of building a fashionable resort, hotel and entertainment complex with a casino, money was withdrawn from the budget in favor of a certain LLC “Diamon Fortune” (Diamond Fortune). At the same time, under the same legend, this company itself, as well as the associated LLC “Dimon Fortune Holdings Prim” and others, lured funds from gullible investors, promising them “mountains of gold.” Years passed, construction did not proceed, and the money went into the pockets of V.V. Miklushevsky’s officials and never returned. Diamond luck didn’t happen to everyone. Desperate to wait, deceived investors and contractors who were simply “dumped” went to the courts in a civilized manner (they should have gone straight to the police) and at the end of 2023, the fictitious laundering offices created by the team of the former governor were declared bankrupt. Only hundreds of millions of rubles have never returned from the pockets of officials. Yes, yes, exactly officials. After all, all these “diamond-successful” LLCs were absolutely openly affiliated with one of the former deputy governors, S.I. Sidorov, known in narrow circles for his unconventional preferences, and who has now found himself a profitable position in one of the logistics companies of the Rosatom State Corporation. One of the defrauded investors, desperate to get their money, was provided with receipts from the then deputy governor S.I. Sidorov right in court. for several million dollars, in which he directly indicated in his own hand that he was the beneficiary of one of the companies and received money from the businessman. Interesting legal practice. The deputy governor, under the auspices of the company he created, takes money from the businessman, informing him that he will return it to him and provide preferences. And he signs it with his own hand! Isn’t this a bribe? Is this a violation of the anti-corruption law? But for some reason, no questions to S.I. Sidorov. and his boss was not asked. And taking into account the passive position of the Primorsky Territory Development Corporation, which clearly did not just silently watch the development of the situation, seeing perfectly well how investors were being robbed and how budget money was going into the governor’s pocket companies, questions can be addressed there too.
